SALE OF APPLICATION FORMS
This is to inform the general public that the sale of online application forms for admission into the 3RD Regular Course of degree the programme of the Nigeria Police Academy, Wudil, will commence on Wednesday 12th November 2014 and end on Tuesday the 31st of March 2015. Admission to the Academy is open to both male and female Nigerians of good character.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
Interested candidates are to purchase PIN CODES from any of the branches of Zenith Bank Plc nationwide at the cost of N3,500.00 only, which includes bank charges of N500. Candidates should then log onto the Academy’s website at www.nigpoliceacademy.org to fill and submit the online application form. Applicants must, in addition, apply through the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board and indicate the Nigeria Police Academy Wudil as their first choice university, as well as sit for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS
Applications are to be submitted online. On submission of the applications, candidates are required to download the acknowledgement form. After the release of JAMB RESULTS, candidates who score at, or above, the national cut-off marks should return to the Police Academy website and download their examination cards. a.   Candidates seeking admission into the Academy must be Nigerian citizens and must be between 18 and 22 years of age, and must have a height of not less than 5 foot 6 inches (1.67metres) if male, and 5 foot 4 inches (1.62 metres) if female. In addition, male candidates must have an expanded chest size of not less than 36 inches (91cm). All candidates must be free from any physical or mental disability.
b.   Candidates must have obtained a minimum of SIX credits at the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) conducted by the West African Examinations Council (WAEC), the National Examinations Council (NECO) or the National Business and Technical Examinations Board (NABTEB) at not more than 2 sittings and including a credit pass in English Language and Mathematics as well as subjects relevant to the candidate’s chosen course of study in the Academy.
c.   Candidates must also obtain satisfactory scores in both the written examination and the interview and must pass rigorous physical psychological tests of fitness.
d.   STATEMENTS OF RESULT OR CERTIFICATES RELATING TO EXAMINATIONS TAKEN BEFORE 2010 WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
ENTRANCE EXAMINATION DATE, CONDITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
The Nigeria Police Academy Wudil Entrance Examination, which is similar to the Post-UTME examination in conventional universities, will be conducted on Saturday the 3oth of May 2015. Only candidates who achieve a UTME Score at, or above, the national cut-off points will be eligible to sit for the Nigeria Police Academy Entrance Examination at their designated centres. Eligible candidates are to bring along to the examination venue their Acknowledgement Form, Examination Card, JAMB Result Slip and two postcard size photographs (3.5x5 inches) which should show only from the chest upwards. At the back of each of the two post-card size photographs, the candidates must write their name, State of origin, examination centre and signature.
Only candidates who are successful in the Entrance Examination will be invited for the Nigeria Police Academy Selection Board Interview. The list of successful candidates will be published on our website and in some national newspapers.
NATURE AND DURATION OF COURSE
 Candidates admitted into the Nigeria Police Academy degree course will undergo a combined police and academic training for a minimum period of five years leading to Bachelor’s degrees and commission in the Nigeria Police Force as Assistant Superintendents of Police.

Fleet Business Partner 
Job description
The Fleet Business Partner is responsible for developing and executing plans to achieve set target for transporters allocated to them. The incumbent shall be responsible for the direct account management of all assigned transporters. This will include truck efficiency: improve truck turnarourid time, maintenance schedule, GIT Management, compliance to EHSQ standards, relationshipmanagement, issues resolution.
The Fleet business partner is the primary focal point of the transporters for disputeresolution. payment processing and ensuring that transporter trucks are alwaysavailable for use.
The Fleet Business Partner is responsible for tracking of all the daily movement of all fleet of the transporters allocated to them from departure at loading terminals and NNPC wet depots to customer locations
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational
• Ensure a comprehensive and up-to.date database of information on all existing Transporters, Drivers and fleet is maintained and updated at all times.
• Achieve effective truck turnaround by following up and ensuring speedy loading, dispatching and discharging of all trucks in hislher fleet.
• Shall assist the team with Conflict resolution (products shortages/pilfering @ loading, discharging points and wrong calibration) of transporter assigned to you.
• Shall monitor Gil – ability to follow up with the transporter and ensure products are delivered on time.
• Shall ensure truck mobilization/utilization (Efficiency, late delivery, diversion and
breakdown)
• Shall Manage Relationships with assigned transporters (engage transporter to increase fleet size, performance, profitability and ring fencing etc.)
• Will Follow up with transporter’s payment from finance (ensure correct rates and prompt payment at all times).

Job description
The Order Management Officer (OMO) is responsible for the entire order life cycle (order processing, order tracking, and order fulfillment) while providing support to the sales team and customer base. The OMO is directly responsible for ensuring OMP running retail assets are fully optimized through accurate forecasting and stock monitoring. The role is still responsible for Internal and external customer management to ensure customer satisfaction and best service times. This role utilizes analytical skills in coordination with organizational and relational abilities to promote excellence in teamwork and service.
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Relationship Management
• Establish key customer and internal relationships in order to facilitate seamless order to delivery cycle and increased customer satisfaction/retention.
• Manage and resolve external & internal queries relating to order status and customer account issues.
• Liaise with sales team and customers for efficient and effective closure of all administrative issues relating to ordering process/ order fulfillment.

• Ensure Stock levels, daily sales volumes of TWP are collated and used to forecast accurately for retail outlets and VMI locations
• All product orders raised must be fulfilled as specified to avoid stock-out or siding situations
• Ensure all Stock levels are maintained at minimum agreed/contractual volumes
• Render timely reports on consumption pattern, stock levels and product preferences.
• Trend and analyse reports to support business decisions.
• Prepare regular analytical reviews of sales performance in relation to stock and consumption.
• Support the Supervisor-OM in the preparation of monthly sales and operational reports by providing data required for reports promptly; at all times, ensure the accuracy and completeness of data provided and reports submitted.

GUIDELINES FOR THE CONDUCT OF 2014 NIS RECRUITMENT EXERCISE

Sequel to our earlier circular Ref No: IMM/S/1823/1/T1/6 dated 10th March, 2014, I am directed to inform you that the recruitment exercise will still hold has scheduled (15th March, 2014) but at the preferred states of choice as indicated while applying. Also:
  1. All candidates must report at the examination centre at 7:00am;
  2. Only candidate with acknowledgement slips will be allowed to participate in the exercise;
  3. Candidates are to participate in the physical fitness test and must fulfill the following:-
  1. Should be between 18-35 years old;
  2. Male candidates shall not be less than 1.68 meter tall with full expanded chest measurement of not less than 0.87 meter while female candidates shall not be less than 1.65 meter tall;
  3. Should not have any physical deformity.
  1. Candidates are to come into the examination halls with only their acknowledgement slips; pencils and erasers for the written examination.
  2. The examination shall commence 4:00pm and not later than the approved commencement time.
  3. The duration of the examination is 30minutes.
  4. Candidates are expected to circle answers on the question paper.
  5. Security will be provided be the state commands and Civil Defence. Candidates are expected to co-operate fully with them.
  6. Team leaders should address the accredited candidates prior to commencement of the examination in other to certify that the question papers have not been tampered with.
  7. Team leaders should submit all examination materials immediately on arrival from venues. On no account should examination materials be taken home, as doing so will attract severe penalty

Nigerian Airforce form for trade and Non-trademen is now available

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Nationality: Applicant must be of Nigerian origin.
  2. Age: Applicants must be between the ages of 17 and 22 years for non-tradesmen/women, 17 and 24 years for tradesmen/women by 31 December 2014
    Those who will be older than 22 and 24 years for non-tradesmen and tradesmen respectively by 31st December 2014 need not apply
  3. Marital Status: All applicants must be single.
  4. Height: Minimum height is 1.68 meters or 5.5ft for males and 1.65m or 5.4ft for females.
  5. Medical Fitness: All applicants must be medically fit and meet the Nigerian Air Force medical and employment standards.
  6. ACADEMIC/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
  7. Non-Tradesmen/women:  Applicants must possess a minimum of 5 credits including Mathematics and English Language at not more than 2 sittings obtained not later than 4 years to this exercise. In addition, applicants are also required to possess their school’s testimonials.
  8. Tradesmen/women:  Applicants must satisfy the requirements stated for Non-Trade above.
